By using Musafirs's website and booking services, you agree to these terms. All itineraries, pricing, and inclusions are confirmed in writing before payment.

Bookings & payments

A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance is received and acknowledgment is sent by our team. Remaining balances are due as shared in your invoice. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise and may change until the booking is locked.

Itinerary changes

Mountain weather, road blocks, permits, and local regulations can require route or hotel changes. Musafirs may adjust the day plan while keeping the spirit of the journey. Such operational changes are not treated as a cancellation by either side.

Traveller responsibility

Travellers must carry valid ID, follow captain briefings, and disclose medical conditions relevant to altitude or trekking. Adventure and pilgrimage routes involve inherent risk; we strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund rules are detailed in our Cancellation Policy. Policies shared on your booking confirmation prevail for that package.
